Quotes & Orders
All quotations are provided subject to product availability, credit approval, and confirmation. Prices are valid for the period stated on the quote and are subject to change based on manufacturer pricing, freight, and market conditions. An order is not accepted until confirmed in writing by American Shop Supplies.
Payment Terms
Standard payment terms are established at account setup. Late payments may accrue service charges as permitted by law. Returned checks and disputed charges will be handled per account agreement.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms are stated on each quote or order confirmation. Risk of loss transfers per stated terms. American Shop Supplies is not responsible for carrier delays outside of our control.
Returns
Returns require prior authorization. Unused, resellable product in original packaging may be returned within the timeframe stated on the return authorization. Restocking fees may apply. Special-order and hazardous items may be non-returnable.
Warranties
Products carry the warranties of their respective manufacturers. American Shop Supplies makes no additional express or implied warranty beyond those provided by the manufacturer, except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, American Shop Supplies' liability for any claim relating to products or services is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which American Shop Supplies is headquartered, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
