Shipping Policy
Flat $14.99 standard shipping, free at $150+ in the contiguous United States.
Standard Rates
- $14.99 flat rate on standard orders under $150.
- Free standard shipping on standard orders of $150 or more.
Delivery Area
Standard shipping rates and free-shipping eligibility apply to the contiguous United States (lower 48) only. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO, and international destinations are quoted separately.
Oversized, Heavy & Long-Length Items
Products flagged as oversized, heavy, long-length, or requiring special shipping are excluded from the free-shipping offer. These items may carry an additional shipping charge that is calculated at checkout or quoted separately before your order ships. The exception is displayed on the applicable product page and again in your cart summary.
Processing & Transit
In-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM PST on a business day typically ship the same or next business day. Transit time depends on destination and carrier; delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Drop-shipped items ship directly from the manufacturer and may arrive in multiple shipments.
Freight & LTL Shipments
Bulk, palletized, or oversized orders ship via LTL freight. Curbside delivery is standard; liftgate, inside delivery, limited-access, and residential services are available for an additional fee quoted in advance.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Inspect all shipments on arrival and note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt. Report damage or shortages to us within 5 business days so we can file a carrier claim and arrange replacement.
Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Carrier address-correction fees and reshipment costs for undeliverable addresses are the responsibility of the customer.
